Tulsi malas are sacred spiritual items. Once used for japa or worn on the body, they carry personal spiritual energy. We recommend careful consideration before purchasing.

- Ship to us: We will provide the return address
- Refund/Exchange: Processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item
💰 Refund Information
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item after receiving the returned product
